A small team that runs like a proper company
NEO FIX STUDIO is a home repair and maintenance business based in Petaling Jaya, working across the Klang Valley. We are registered with SSM under registration number 202603128663 (CT0164354-D), and that number appears on every quotation and invoice we issue.
We are deliberately small. You deal with the people who do the work, not a call centre passing your job to whoever is free. The trade-off is that we cannot be everywhere at once, so we are honest about when we can get to you rather than promising same-day and turning up on Thursday.
What we are not casual about is the paperwork. Itemised quotations, sequentially numbered invoices, written scope, a stated warranty. Not because it is impressive, but because almost every horror story people tell about contractors traces back to something that was never written down.

Four things we do not bend on
Write it down before you start it
Every job of any size gets an itemised quotation before work begins. Not a number on WhatsApp. A document, with lines and prices, that you can hold us to.
Stop when the job changes
If we open something up and it is worse than quoted, work stops there. You get a separate quotation for the extra, and nothing proceeds until you approve it.
Say what a job actually needs
Including when that is nothing. If a wall only needs repainting and not replastering, we will tell you, even though the smaller job is worth less to us.
Leave a paper trail
Sequential numbered invoices, SSM registration on every document, receipts kept for seven years. It is how a business is supposed to run, and it protects you as much as us.
Who we work for
Homeowners and landlords
Most of our work is homeowners with a specific problem. A leak, a dead air-conditioner, a bathroom that needs redoing. Someone notices something is wrong and wants it dealt with properly rather than patched.
The rest is landlords getting a unit ready between tenants, where a list of small unrelated defects all needs clearing before the next handover. That work suits us, because clearing eight small things in one visit is exactly what a team covering several trades is for.
Both want the same two things underneath: a clear price before the work starts, and someone who actually turns up on the day they said.
Our warranty, in plain terms
Every job carries 30 days of workmanship warranty. If something we repaired fails within that period because of how we did it, we come back and put it right at no cost to you.
Parts and materials carry whatever warranty the manufacturer gives them, which is usually longer. What the warranty does not cover is a different fault in the same area, or damage caused after we left. We will explain which is which honestly rather than hide behind the wording.
