Renovation is where most disputes in this trade come from, and almost always for the same reason: nobody wrote down what was included.
Every renovation we take on starts with an itemised written quotation. If something turns out to be needed that was not on it, we stop and issue a separate quote for your approval before we carry on. No surprises at the end.

What will it cost?
We quote per job rather than publish a price list, because the same three words can describe wildly different work. What we can do is give you a realistic range from a photo, the same day, at no charge, and a firm itemised quotation once we have seen it.
