Waterproofing fails at the joints and the upstands, almost never in the middle of a flat surface. That is why preparation matters more than the coating itself.
We prepare the surface properly, build up the corners, and apply the system to the coverage the product actually calls for. It costs a little more on the day and it is the difference between a repair that lasts and one you call us back about next monsoon.
