Where we work

Petaling Jaya is where we are based. If you are in PJ, we are usually the closest thing you have to an in-house maintenance team.

Same evening in most cases. We are based here, so a 7pm start is realistic even for something you message us about at lunchtime.

We cover KL city and the surrounding neighbourhoods, including high-rise units where access, lift booking and building rules all need handling properly.

Same evening or the next. Worth knowing: many KL condominiums restrict contractor hours and will not permit evening work, so high-rise jobs often have to fall on a weekend. We check with the management office before promising you a slot.

A short run down the LDP from our base. We do a lot of tenant-changeover work in Subang, where units turn over quickly.

Same evening where the diary allows, otherwise the next one. Weekend slots are the easiest to commit to firmly.

Shah Alam is mostly landed housing, and landed housing brings a different set of problems to condominiums. Roof and gutter leaks, garden pipework, boundary walls, and water finding its way in at the joints.

Evening or weekend. Landed housing means no management office hours to work around, so evening work is straightforward here in a way it is not in a condominium.

Puchong has a lot of older landed housing where waterproofing, pipework and rewiring come up more often than in newer developments.

Usually the next evening, or a weekend slot. Worth grouping several jobs into one visit given the distance.

Damansara spans both sides of the PJ–KL line. We work across all of it, from landed homes in Damansara Heights to serviced apartments in Damansara Perdana.

Same evening in most cases. This is effectively our home patch.

Mont Kiara is condominium territory, and condo work has its own rules: contractor registration, lift bookings and working hours. We deal with that side so you do not have to.

Usually a weekend. Condominium management offices here restrict contractor hours and most will not allow evening work, so we book a Saturday or Sunday rather than promise an evening we cannot deliver.
