Handover cleaning and pest treatment are the two things landlords always need at the same moment, between one tenant leaving and the next arriving.
The cleaning we do ourselves. Pest control we arrange and coordinate with a licensed operator, because treatment in Malaysia is licensed work and anyone telling you otherwise is cutting a corner you will pay for later. Either way you deal with us, and the unit is ready in one go.

We quote per job rather than publish a price list, because the same three words can describe wildly different work. What we can do is give you a realistic range from a photo, the same day, at no charge, and a firm itemised quotation once we have seen it.
